How to initiate a Return:

In your email, include your order number, courier tracking information (docket/AWB number), and the reason for return.
What constitutes a valid return?
The product and any accessories must be in their original condition.
All tags must be attached to the returned item.
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after they’ve been placed.

You can return the products within 1-5 business days
If refund is approved then It will be credited to your account within 1-7 business days
